Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $32.50/HR Permanent Position with Benefits Sign-On Bonus ($6K) Busy Youngstown / Warren, Ohio Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Company seeks experienced Electrical /Electronic Maintenance Technicians who must be open to working Alternating / Swing Shifts REQUIREMENTS: High School, GED, Vocational School, Trade School, Technical School or Higher Level of Education with a minimum of (4) years of hands-on experience with electrical / electronic maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Preferred Candidates are responsible for preventive, and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment. Candidates must have a strong electrical / electronic machine maintenance background to troubleshoot Automation Controls, PLCs, HMI, VFDs, DC drives, and induction heating units. Candidates should have experience with Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and ladder logic and able to read and understand electrical / electronic schematics and wiring diagrams. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot and repair electrical/ electronic systems and components such as relays, switches, motors, and sensors using state of the art diagnostic tools. Candidates are responsible for maintaining medium and low voltage equipment (480V24V), power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems. Knowledge of OSHA Safety Procedures, LOTO and Arch Flash Procedures is a plus. Candidate must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
