Pay: $33 - $35 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday with opportunities for overtime Employee Benefits: A phenomenal benefits package will be offered by our client and disclosed upon hire. This is a direct-hire position. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Extensive experience in maintenance or a related role. Strong electrical skills, and experience with high-voltage systems, robotics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Basic computer proficiency for documentation and troubleshooting. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and enhancement of machinery and equipment within our facility. This role involves troubleshooting, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime of equipment. Support and Troubleshoot Machinery: Perform regular maintenance and repair on existing machinery to ensure efficient operation. Analyze and Inspect Equipment: Conduct thorough inspections and analyses to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions. Coordinate with Outsourced Companies: Communicate and work with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and parts procurement. Order Parts: Manage the ordering of both foreign and domestic parts required for repairs and maintenance. Electrical Installation and Repair: Perform electrical work, including high voltage (240v, 480v - 3 phase power) installations and repairs. Setup New Machinery: Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery, ensuring proper integration and functionality. Troubleshoot PLCs: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Participate in R&D Projects: Engage in research and development projects to support innovation and improvement of processes. Automation Mechanics: Utilize knowledge of automation mechanics (preferred but not required) to enhance machinery functionality.
