As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our branch locations. This position is responsible for resolving mechanical issues across all Siouxland branches and lifting, loading, and setting up furniture and freight as needed. Additionally, you will provide on-demand maintenance support, responding promptly to any requests for repairs or upkeep throughout the day. This position offers a clean, professional work environment where all necessary tools are provided, and the use of bank vehicles is available to support your tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides general preventative maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and lighting including scheduled cleaning and garbage rotation
  • Special projects to impact bank wide operations.
  • Assist in maintaining and operation of: heating, plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, boiler and water treatment.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and order parts and supplies.
  • Operate Energy Management System and system programming.
  • Maintenance of safety equipment and first aid kits.
  • Assist with snow removal.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Building systems and operations experience
  • Electrical and plumbing repair experience

HOURS:

6:15am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Extended business hours as needed.
