Shift & Pay Details: - Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Core Responsibilities: - Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on tools, machines, and equipment.
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical issues under guidance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools to make adjustments and repairs as needed.
- Work alongside senior technicians on larger-scale maintenance projects and installations.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and equipment performance.
- Pitch in with general maintenance tasks as needed to support smooth plant operations.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools in an industrial or workshop setting.
- Ability to interpret basic manuals, instructions, and diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and a team player.
- Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
Work Environment & Physical Demands: - Active role in a manufacturing environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
