Job Details

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment including conveyors, packaging machines, molding systems, and HVAC units.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.

Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues quickly and safely.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work orders.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance logs, and parts inventory.

Assist in installation and startup of new machinery and systems.

Adhere to all safety protocols, GMPs, and food manufacturing standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a food or consumer goods manufacturing environment.

Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical controls, PLCs, welding, and fabrication.

Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as needed.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
