As a
Maintenance Technician you will:
As a Volt
Maintenance Technician will perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or industrial setting. They diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using specialized tools and techniques. Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.
- Inspect parts for surface defects.
- Analyze and record test results and prepare written testing documentation.
- Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- Welding (Hydraulic preferred)
- Multimeter experience
- Trouble shooting
- Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
- Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
- Test performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, and bridges.
- Experience with pump and gear boxes
- 120 Volt experience
- Develop, test, and program machinery.
- Operate metalworking machines to fabricate housing, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.

The ideal
Maintenance Technician the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or more
- Ability to identify and analyze a situation and to make frequent technical decisions based on specifications required
- Food manufacturing experience, preferred
- Multimeter experience
- Removing and replacing machinery parts
- Electrical experience (120 Volt)
- Working on pumps and gearboxes
Pay Rate: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
