Job Details:

We are currently seeking multiple experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our dynamic team in the Engineering industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving our manufacturing equipment. This will involve working on a range of systems and machinery, including electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, controls, pumps, and HVAC.

The successful candidates will have a strong background in the manufacturing sector, with particular experience in health, wellness, and hygiene products. They will be expected to work closely with our existing team of engineers and technicians, contributing to our ongoing efforts to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine and preventative maintenance on our manufacturing equipment, including electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, controls, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults with equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to production.
• Working closely with our engineering team to develop and implement improvements to our equipment and processes.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, and that all machinery and equipment is safe to use.
• Providing technical support and advice to other members of staff, helping to resolve any issues they may have with machinery or equipment.
• Keeping accurate records of all maintenance work carried out, and reporting any major issues or concerns to management.
• Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance technician role within the manufacturing sector.
• Specific experience working with health, wellness, and hygiene products is highly desirable.
• Strong technical skills, with experience working on a range of systems and machinery, including electromechanical, mechanical, electrical, controls, pumps, and HVAC.
• A good understanding of health and safety regulations within the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair faults with a range of equipment and machinery.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to provide technical support and advice to other members of staff.
• A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
• A relevant qualification in a related field (such as Engineering) would be advantageous.
