ITS is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Direct-Hire with an industry leading Tier-1 automotive supplier we represent located in the Nashville, TN area. This opportunity offers a starting payrate of $35-40/hr, including a great benefits package and the opportunity for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct machine set up, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Will be required to inspect machines for possible wear as well as purchasing and inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
  • Will perform a variety of multi trade functions, such as the installation, maintenance or repair of equipment, machinery, and facility
  • PLC troubleshooting, modification, and repair expereince
  • Robotics troubleshooting, modification, and repair expereince
  • High voltage experience working up to 480V
  • Perform any duties necessary to maintain machinery, equipment, systems or facilities in a state of good, safe working condition, including troubleshooting, repair, installation, remove and replacement, basic design, advanced fabrication, adjustment, rebuilding, welding.
  • Requires extensive knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics and electromechanical systems.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of multicraft maintenance expereince
  • Automotive manufacturing expereince (preferred)
  • Journeymen's card (preferred)
