Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Mebane, North Carolina What's the Job?
•  Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, machinery, systems, and controls.
•  Perform routine preventive maintenance and identify/repair faulty or damaged parts.
•  Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC controls, ladder logic, microprocessors, and various mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and ventilation systems.
•  Prepare requisitions for spare parts and manage inventory and related clerical tasks.
•  Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations. What's Needed?
•  Minimum of 3-5 years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
•  Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
•  Proficient in operating hoists, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other lifting equipment; must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
•  Fluency in English, with strong eye-hand coordination and agility. What's in it for me?
