Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

•   Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
•   Perform preventative maintenance to ensure production equipment operates efficiently
•   Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime
•   Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
•   Work closely with production teams to support daily operations What We're Looking For:
•   Previous industrial maintenance experience is required
•   Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
•   Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, motors, and manufacturing equipment
•   Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision
