Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Lynwood, CA Pay Range: $22 per hour What's the Job? + Troubleshoot, support, and repair all production equipment. + Determine materials, parts, and equipment needed for repair and installation. + Install, inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems. + Coordinate and participate in scheduled preventive maintenance on all production equipment. + Complete all necessary documentation as described under company guidelines. What's Needed? + High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. + 5 plus years of experience in facility maintenance. + Strong technical aptitude and ability to comprehend complex technical topics. + Excellent time management and organizational skills. + Ability to demonstrate integrity and ethical conduct in the workplace.
