From tackling routine maintenance to responding to urgent repair needs, your contributions will directly support our mission and daily operations. Success In This Role Looks Like:
- Performing regular maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping with minimal supervision.
- Keeping the campus clean and safe by completing work orders efficiently and maintaining equipment and tools.
- Providing excellent internal customer service to ensure all staff needs are met with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Supporting the upkeep of fleet vehicles and assisting with seasonal tasks like snow removal and landscaping.
- Assessing repair needs and advising when external contractors are required.

What You Bring To The Team:
- General knowledge and hands-on experience in trades related to building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and leadership.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and a commitment to performing work safely and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions
Requirements for Consideration:
- Valid VA Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- Complete, pass and maintain all required background checks and drug test .
