Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Location: Valencia, CA
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Summary:
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and hydraulic components of production machinery (e.g., metal fabricating machines, material handling systems, and lubrication systems). Follows blueprints and specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, compressed air, sewer, etc.)
Troubleshoot machinery using visual and audio inspections
Dismantle, inspect, and replace worn or defective parts
Use manuals, blueprints, and technical documents to guide repairs
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Support hazardous waste handling and adhere to safety/environmental policies
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Proficient with hand and power tools; able to use precision testing instruments
Able to read blueprints and perform basic computer tasks
Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems
