What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
Complete make-ready units in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain the service shop-safe, organized, and well-stocked
Assist and oversee vendors and contractors as needed
Support daily service requests and respond promptly to resident work orders
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (2 weeks per month) and occasional weekend availability
Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and up to URS standards
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of maintenance experience in multifamily or similar environment
HVAC certification required; EPA/CPO preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively
Customer-focused mindset and positive, professional attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to relocate to or commute from Wilmington, NC area
