Specialty Consultants (SCI) is partnering with a prestigious property management company seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to lead a maintenance team at a Class A apartment community in Jersey City.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee general maintenance tasks (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Manage work orders and vendor relationships
- Ensure unit turnovers, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain safety and compliance standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and lead your team effectively

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of apartment maintenance experience, 2+ years in leadership
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
