Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Duration: 9 months

Work Location: Greenville, WI - 54942

Shift: 2nd shift - 1:30pm-10pm


Job Summary:

  • Safety Shoes required
  • The position is responsible for supporting manufacturing by executing on a preventative maintenance program that is compliant with our ISO 9001 QMS requirements.
  • The Maintenance Technician works with both internal and external resources to resolve equipment failures to ensure that down time is limited and
  • equipment is performing as intended.
  • This role will also collaborate with various functional areas to identify and improve equipment and/or processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on all machines and equipment's.
  • Troubleshoot and finds permanent solutions to reocurring equipment issues.
  • Maintains and performs lock out / tag out
  • Conducts monthly inspection of eye wash center, fire extinguisher, and housekeeping audits.
  • Will be required to place orders for machine parts and tools.
  • Electrical systems, including lighting, circuits, and equipment
  • Water supply, drains, pipes and appliances
  • Pneumatic air supply, including air compressor
  • Walls, partitions, floors, ceilings and fixtures (including painting)
  • Facilites equipment such as trash compactor and baling machine
  • Material handling equipment, such as lift trucks and racking
  • Office furniture and office partition systems
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Preferred Education: High School or equivalent


Preferred Work Experience (years): None

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to perform pipefitting work on water, gas and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to locate and install new plant equipment, including all electrical, pipefitting, rigging, and millwright work
  • Ability to use power tools and hand tools to perform mechanical installations
  • Ability to wear required safety equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment using diagrams and blueprints and repair electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently on projects
  • Minimum of 2+years experience.
