Description:
WeEvolve is seeking RBTs to service active cases ready to start in the areas of Coral Springs, Margate, Coconut Creek, Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach.
RBT Pay Range: $20-$28 Hourly
WeEvolve is looking for RBTs who value clinical support and adhere to the BACBs ethical code. Our agency has active cases ready to start full time (30 hours minimum/week) or part time (15 hours minimum/week).
Student Analysts Pay Range: $22-$28 Hourly
Student Analyst opportunities are available to those who are currently enrolled in a Master's program or ABA course sequence. Supervision and unrestricted hours are provided by our Student Analyst Advisor. Our graduates are thoroughly prepared to transition from RBT to Analyst and begin their own caseload immediately.

Required Skills and Experience
- Board Certified by the BACB with the Registered Behavior Technician, RBT credential
- High School diploma, with one or more years' experience providing direct services to recipients with mental health disorders, developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Documented certifications of in-services in the treatment of mental health, developmental or intellectual disabilities, recipient's rights, crisis management strategies, and confidentiality
- Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred
