Duties
This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs that minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform regular PMs on equipment to maintain optimal operating conditions
- Repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Record maintenance activities in company Work Order system
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment to identify abnormalities
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks effectively
- Other tasks as defined to support plant operations
Qualifications/Skills
- 3-5 years Industrial Maintenance experience (candidates without this qualification will not be considered)
- Injection molding maintenance experience (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing facility operations (compressors, material systems, water treatment, chiller systems)
- CNC equipment experience (preferred)
- PLC diagnostic experience (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Electrical training/experience required
- Fabrication/welding capabilities
- Ability to follow logical troubleshooting methods
- Knowledge of using multi-meter for electrical diagnostics
- Self-starter, able to work independently to resolve equipment abnormalities
