Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician

Position Summary:

This position works with the maintenance team to repair all plant equipment. This is a full-time position on the night shift.

Primary Responsibilities:

Performs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs in order to minimize downtime and assure continuous production operations.
Troubleshoots, analyzes, evaluates, and determines the cause of equipment failures.
Keeps records and logs of all maintenance work.
Works with the Plant Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to schedule and perform projects.
Performs preventative maintenance on, services, inspects, lubricates, and cleans equipment and machinery.
Performs other duties as assigned or become necessary.
Follows safe work processes in all activities.
Minimum Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent with additional technical training preferred. Three years of practical experience is required.
