Maintenance Technician - Second Shift Location: Charlotte, NC
Shift: Second Shift
Pay Range: $60,000 - $71,000 annually (based on $29-$34/hr + overtime potential)

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor About the Role: We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on second shift . In this hands-on role, you'll focus on CNC maintenance , PLC troubleshooting , and general equipment repair to keep production running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do:
•   Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery and related components.
•   Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .
•   Diagnose and correct PLC issues (basic to intermediate level).
•   Use tools like micrometers and dial indicators to align and inspect equipment.
•   Follow technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for machine setup and repairs.
•   Relocate, install, or adjust machinery within the facility.
•   Maintain logs and records in the maintenance system.
•   Partner with vendors for equipment support and repairs.
•   Keep work areas safe and clean in accordance with safety standards. What We're Looking For:
•   5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical & electrical).
•   Strong experience with CNC machine repair and PLC troubleshooting .
•   Skilled with tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment (multimeter, laptop, etc.).
•   Good communication skills and attention to detail.
•   Willingness to work second shift and occasional overtime/weekends . Preferred Qualifications:
•   High school diploma or GED (required)
•   Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
•   Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•   OSHA awareness and forklift/equipment handling experience
