Maintenance Technician

Job Description Lock Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and replace locks, deadbolts, and other locking mechanisms for residential, commercial. Key Cutting & Duplication: Cut keys, create master key systems, and duplicate keys as needed. A. Repair and service all equipment on campus. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical B. Adhere to CU preventative maintenance plan for all facilities and equipment. C. Maintain lighting for safety and performance. D. Expected to help when needed in setting up for banquets, graduation, homecoming, convocation and other after-hours activities. This would involve carrying, loading and unloading of tables, chairs, stage, etc. E. Expected to carry out any job necessary in maintaining campus buildings and facilities in the best interest of the University F. Required after on boarding: Emergency on Call service rotation, currently every 8th week.
