Maintenance Technician - Night Shift Location: Adell, WI
Schedule: 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. Third Shift

Our client in Adell, Wisconsin is growing and looking to add a Night Shift Maintenance Technician to their skilled team. This is a direct-hire opportunity-you'll be hired directly by the company and enjoy full-time benefits starting day one. Pay & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $23.50 - $30.75 (based on experience)
• Night Shift Premium: Additional $0.50/hour for hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
• Schedule: Sunday night - Friday morning 9:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, paid time off, and more Key Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the critical systems that keep production running smoothly and safely. Responsibilities include:
• Performing preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure
• Monitoring equipment pressures, flow rates, and boiler performance
• Conducting general repairs, including sanitary and structural welding
• Maintaining PM logs, sanitation records, and equipment documentation
• Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery and utility systems
• Safely operating forklifts and skid steers (certification required or provided)
• Working in confined spaces and at heights (e.g., CIP lines, agitators, air units)
• Handling and transporting chemicals and flammable materials in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborating with vendors and contractors for facility projects
• Following all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit Required Confined Space (PRCS), and other safety procedures Qualifications
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Education & Physical Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently carry up to 30 lbs
• Regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and other physical tasks
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, vibration, and odors
• Must meet specific vision and physical mobility requirements Commitment to Safety & Quality
• Maintain a strong focus on plant safety and food safety practices
• Report any food safety concerns to management in a timely manner
• Stay informed about food safety metrics and SQF Code relevant to the role
• Contribute to a strong safety and quality culture across the facility
• Provide support and backup coverage for teammates as needed
