Maintenance Technician II

Performs preventative repair & maintenance services to Arc facilities. Performs period emergency repair services on evenings and weekends. Minimum Education & Experience High School graduate or equivalent 3 years' experience in a variety skilled craftsman trades; including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and household appliance repairs. Licensure/Certification Valid NYS Driver's License preferred. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self as necessary. Computer Skills Basic Computer Literacy as evidenced by the ability to go online and conduct basic searches on the Internet, check his/her email account, create and send e-mail with an attachment and use simple email features. Can open spreadsheets and word processing documents to read and make simple edits.
