A-Line Staffing is now hiring Maintenance Technicians in Pendergrass, GA 30567. The Maintenance Technician would be working for a Major Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential.
Maintenance Technician Highlights:
• Schedule: Initially an 8-hour day shift, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with potential future rotation to 1st/2nd shift as needed
• Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00 Hourly
• Location: Onsite in Pendergrass, GA
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
• Contribute to maintaining equipment uptime of all process and facility equipment
• Take direction from senior maintenance techs and field planner to perform tasks and complete work orders
• Execute general maintenance tasks such as equipment lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs
• Ensure compliance with DSM SHE, security, and quality standards, including OSHA and ISO 9001
• Perform maintenance in a safe manner using permits and risk assessments
• Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams to support plant operations
• Use ANH-approved maintenance software (e.g., Fiix, Unite-X) to track work and ensure compliance
• Participate in team meetings and support improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and efficiency
• Be available for overtime, potential weekend work, and off-hours call-ins based on production needs
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of relevant maintenance experience
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, operational, and welding systems
• Ability to perform tasks safely and follow work direction from other technicians
• Blend plant equipment knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Understanding of weights, measurements, and safe work practices
• Experience working with computers and computerized equipment
• Strong work ethic, good business judgment, and adherence to safety protocols
