As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Maintenance Tech, your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
2. Performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical malfunctions in a timely and effective manner.
4. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand equipment layout and function.
5. Working with pneumatics and hydraulics, maintaining and repairing these systems as necessary.
6. Collaborating with production teams to identify maintenance needs and provide technical support.
7. Complying with all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
8. Continuously improving maintenance procedures and practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Maintenance Tech position, you must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
3. Experience in preventive maintenance and a strong understanding of its importance in a production environment.
4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
5. Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics, with the ability to maintain and repair these systems.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
8. A commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
