Job Description
The successful candidate will have the ability to perform linear troubleshooting. With a knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems necessary to maintain, repair, troubleshoot, move, machine tools. Fabricate parts as needed for machines, equipment, building or grounds, as required. He should have a well-rounded skill set with the knowledge to perform any duties assigned and a willingness to learn.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns, including hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to find the root cause and repair problems on a large variety of equipment .
- Must have a general knowledge of and the ability to troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, and HVAC.
- Basic fabrication skills including carpentry and welding.
- Experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance on a variety of equipment.
- Must be able to work using ladders and man lifts without fear of heights
- Must be able to comply with safety standards and procedures and work in a safe manner.
- Must be able to work some irregular hours and weekends to support production.
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent
4 year's experience or trade school/vocational training
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation details: 25-30 Yearly Salary
