What You Will Do:
- Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
- Regularly check the status of team activities, ensuring timely progress on open issues and projects.
- Lead maintenance with regards to factory-based improvement projects.
- Provide support for Maintenance prevention activities.
- Organise the team and prioritise production needs to minimise response times.
- Provide reports and maintain agreed KPI's, leading by example with a positive and 'can-do' attitude.
What You Will Bring:
- HNC in a maintenance-related discipline or City & Guilds in a Maintenance-related discipline.
- NEBS/ILM Level 2 Supervisory Management or equivalent leadership qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with SAP or other IT planning tools.
- A time-served background in a maintenance/engineering discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and lead a team across multiple shifts.
