In this role, you will lead maintenance operations on the night shift to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Night Shift)
Location: West Liberty, IA 52776
Schedule: Night Shift (Includes weekends & extended hours as needed)
Pay: Competitive + $4,000 Shift Premium

Job Details- Supervise and train maintenance technicians on night shift
- Develop, monitor, and lead preventative maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot and support equipment and line operations
- Manage timecards, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Order and track necessary repair parts and supplies
- Drive safety and process improvement initiatives
What you'll need for this role:
- 2+ years of maintenance leadership preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ideal
- Familiarity with CMRP, UltiPro, Google Suite
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and OT as needed
