Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a 2nd shift maintenance supervisor to work in the Delta, Oh area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Salary range is $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
Position Summary
- Utilizing Total Preventative Maintenance principles develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance schedule for all manufacturing equipment in the facility.
- Attend pre-shift and post-shift crossover team meeting
- Perform daily start-up and shutdown procedures.
- Repair any manufacturing equipment in the event of a failure.
- Maintain a spare parts inventory for all manufacturing equipment in the facility.
- Perform necessary in-house projects. Keep an up-to-date log of the timing of these projects.
- Perform any facility repairs as needed
- Identify and correct any safety issues inside the facility.
- Work with outside companies to perform any required projects that are not completed with internal resources.
- Complete all required paperwork (shift notes, PM logs, work order documents, etc.) as instructed by the Team Leader/Manager.
- Monitor installation of new equipment by contractors.
- Maintain and improve our 5S standards.
- Perform another task as assigned by the Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Manager
Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Supervisory experience.
