Maintenance Supervisor

Qualfications:

• Engineering degree or related experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role from an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with CMMS programs and tracking PMs/WOs.
• Technical background with hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge and practical application of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure PMs are completed in a timely manner with minimal downtime.
• Utilize RCA tools to determine failures and implement strategies to prevent future failues.
• Identify critical spares and order parts as needed.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop maintenance team members.
• Provide insight to drive continuous improvement throughout the department.
