3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Hours: 10pm to 6:30am, M to F
Location: Swedesboro, NJ
Pay Rate:$90K-$115K

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and empower our 3rd shift maintenance team in a high-paced food manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork-driving performance and supporting professional growth through hands-on leadership and strategic planning.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and schedule maintenance work based on production needs, PMs, work orders, and team resources.
- Oversee contractor work and ensure project timelines and safety protocols are met.
- Keep detailed records of repairs, rebuilds, and inspections.
- Train, coach, and motivate your team-fostering development and accountability.
- Utilize the CMMS system to manage and track maintenance activities.
- Lead root cause analysis on downtime events and recommend long-term solutions.
- Monitor and report on KPIs to track and improve team performance.
- Audit PMs and work orders to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-shift maintenance activities and capital projects.
- Ensure facility and grounds are maintained per safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Assist in policy development related to maintenance and safety.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong knowledge of production equipment, PMs, and repair procedures.
- Basic understanding of PLCs is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS tools.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
- Prior experience in maintenance within a food processing or automated manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems is a plus.
