We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a pharmaceutical company in the Raleigh, NC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, preventative maintenance and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
