Job DetailsResponsibilities:
As an X-ray Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Operating and maintaining X-ray equipment to inspect food products for quality and safety.
2. Identifying and reporting any issues or abnormalities detected during the X-ray process.
3. Collaborating with the quality assurance team to ensure all products meet our stringent standards.
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and policies.
5. Conducting routine checks and maintenance of the X-ray equipment to ensure its optimal functionality.
6. Training other team members on the safe and effective use of the X-ray machinery.
7. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
8. Documenting and reporting all inspection results for review by the quality assurance team.
9. Participating in regular team meetings to discuss quality control updates and improvements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the X-ray Technician position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
2. Proven experience in operating and maintaining X-ray equipment.
3. Extensive knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
4. Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with X-ray machinery.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
