Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be managing multiple projects at different properties and managing rover crews within the LA area. This position will be responsible for assigning work to ensure that turnover renovations, maintenance service requests, common area maintenance, special projects, etc., are completed in a quality and timely manner.

Requirements/Experience:

- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position and supervising 150 plus units. Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, in a property management company, with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and standards.

-Ability to work effectively with vendors/owners regarding assessing estimates.

-Ability to work with inspectors and prepare for city or state-mandated inspections (i.e., REAC, NSPIRE, SCEP inspections, etc.).

- Ensure that all specific carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance repair, and other repairs are completed per company standards.

-Works with staff members to ensure all staff members are aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.

-Excellent computer skills; proficiency in project management software (i.e. Asana) and the ability to quickly learn new procedures and software.

-Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, residents, and vendors.

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful

-Required to live onsite
