Maintenance Reliability Technician

Essential job functions

• Safety first attitude and performance.
• Must be able to walk data collection routes throughout Encore Wire's facility.
• Must be able to follow direction of the Reliability Supervisor and work closely with other team members, as well as working independently.
• Working knowledge of reliability tools and processes; Vibration data collection, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasonic detection, Belt and shaft alignments.
• Collects electronic data by the use of various data collection tools.
• Document daily activities in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Ability to interpret collected data.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience as a Reliability Technician.
• Category I Vibration Technician Certification.
• Computer skills, including ability to use ipad tablet.
• Ultrasonic and Thermography Certifications are a plus, not required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment.
