We are looking for a talented, experienced individual to join our company as a Maintenance Planner/Data Administrator.
As a planner, you will:
Schedule routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance throughout our manufacturing facility, using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
Enhance processes across the entirety of our organization
Work closely with all departments to determine needs, schedules, and priorities for maintenance personnel
Look for opportunities to understand points of failure and eliminate chronic maintenance needs, increasing efficiency across the entire organization.
As a Data administrator, you will:
Ensure integrity of Maximo(CMMS) Data
Manage and conduct periodic reviews of system
Own and update guidance documents, business rules of processes, and local training materials
Partner with owners to create job plans and ensure linkages are made to allow work orders to generate correctly
Partner with owners to ensure best practices are followed for location codes, process codes, and all other data entry aspects for the system
Create and provide reports to supervision, create department metrics and track maintenance trending
May serve as the requester of a Change Proposal or support/perform deviation investigations
Assist in Maintenance SOP creation, modification, and review process
Coordinate with Global GMARS group on best practices, system shutdowns to alert notifications, training and security requirements for the site, etc.
Key Objectives/Deliverables
Effectively communicate with all area equipment owners, supervisors, craftsmen, and customers to ensure all preventive, predictive and non-emergency corrective maintenance is planned to maximize craft time utilization and minimize downtime to operations
Assist in creation and help maintain maintenance job plans for all preventative, predictive, and non-emergency corrective maintenance, showing the sequence of steps required, required materials/tools, number of man hours required, safety precautions, required PPE, etc., needed to successfully schedule and complete each job
Complete detailed analysis of required labor and spend needed to complete preventative, predictive, and non-emergency corrective maintenance over various intervals (weekly, quarterly, annually, etc.) and report this to maintenance management
Interpret performance data and develop periodic reports summarizing department progress toward implementing and executing the maintenance program.
Work closely with maintenance supervision to assist in understanding of staffing requirements to ensure all maintenance work needs are met
Maintain and monitor due dates for all preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure 100% compliance
Assist with delivery of new assets as it relates to job plan creation, spare parts, and timing of PMs to align with overall annual schedule, as well as understand and communicate the impact of required labor and spend to maintenance management
Works closely with Project Managers to determine availability of maintenance crafts to assist in delivery of new assets and capital projects
Minimum Requirements:
Good PC skills with ability to use excel and other tools to analyze data
Experience in maintenance business processes and Maximo CMMS
Power user in one or more areas of CMMS use, with ability and desire to develop in all CMMS uses
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of customer service
Ability to work with or lead a cross-functional team with multiple crafts and skillsets
Ability to influence others to obtain business results
Demonstrated learning agility
Successful candidate will frequently work independently and, as such, must be a self-starter and capable of working with minimal daily direct supervision
Good documentation practices
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years work experience in maintenance (plant and/or reliability)
Technical degree is a plus

Additional Skills/Preferences:
Must be able to speak, read and write English at a sufficient level to communicate technical and business information effectively.
Must be able to effectively use business software programs, such as, Maximo, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite and other required software programs.
Must be able to effectively work in a team environment.
Experience working in a GMP/regulated environment
Additional Information:
This position is for day shift, M-F, 8 hours.
May be required to respond to off-hour call-in and emergencies.
May require overtime during peak periods or when additional coverage is required.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$31.37 - $52.28
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
