Maintenance Planner
Location: Mebane, NC
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $52.00/hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to oversee and coordinate the development and execution of work orders. This role plays a critical part in aligning planning processes with strategic goals and regulatory compliance, while collaborating closely with manufacturing and facilities teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply planning policies, regulations, and procedures for effective work order planning
- Collaborate with manufacturing and facilities departments to develop efficient planning strategies
- Manage materials and manpower planning for mechanical maintenance operations
- Analyze data and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning policies
- Use CMMS software (SAP) to manage work orders and inventory
- Provide expert guidance on planning matters to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in work planning within a regulated manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years of experience in materials and manpower planning for a mechanical maintenance team
- Proficiency with CMMS systems, preferably SAP
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage complex and detail-intensive planning processes
