You will work closely with the management team and other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Wage: A maintenance employee at Hart2Hart, Inc. starts at $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience. Essential Duties: u00b7 Facility Maintenance which includes cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Emptying trash and recycling bins and disposing of waste properly. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas. u00b7 Equipment Maintenance which includes conducting routine inspections of kitchen equipment, such as fryers, grills, and ovens. Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functionality. Notifying the management team of any equipment malfunctions or issues that need repair. u00b7 General Repairs which include minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or repairing broken fixtures. Report major maintenance issues to the management team for professional repairs. u00b7 Safety and compliance which includes following all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to food safety standards. u00b7 Teamwork and communication which includes collaborating with other team members to assist in their tasks as needed. Communicating effectively with the management team and coworkers to address maintenance-related concerns or issues. Physical Duties: u00b7 Ability to stand for long periods of time. u00b7 Must be able to utilize step stools and ladders. u00b7 Ability to move boxes up to 70lbs. u00b7 Ability to communicate information so others will understand. u00b7 Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, lift. u00b7 Ability to observe the work environment. u00b7 Exposure to high and low temperatures. Qualifications: u00b7 Must be 18 years of age. u00b7 Must have reliable transportation. u00b7 Permitted to work in the U.S. u00b7 Available mornings, nights, weekends, and Holidays. u00b7 Available a minimum of 25hrs/week. u00b7 Strong organizational and communication skills. u00b7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. u00b7 Related experience preferred, but not required.
