Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Operations Manager, located in Charlotte, NC. The Maintenance Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing maintenance operations, ensuring the quality and efficiency of maintenance services, coordinating with property management teams, and implementing maintenance schedules and protocols. Daily tasks include supervising maintenance staff, managing vendor relationships, conducting inspections, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Property Management Operations or Hospitality Industry
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Demonstrated experience Leading a Team
  • Demonstrated experience Driving Growth
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Safety and Regulatory Standards
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Flexible schedule to handle emergency maintenance issues
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software

Compensation: $75,000 - $82,000 annually
