(EMUS) is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Molding Tech to support our fast-paced environment Toner manufacturing Molding operations in Lawrenceville, GA. The Maintenance Molding Tech will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines. This includes molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment. Training will be required on the 1st shift (7 am - 3:30 pm) for several months until the individual has mastered the responsibilities to transition to the 2nd shift. Responsibilities: Model the "safety first" behaviors we expect of all associates by ensuring that operational procedures, equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment. Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes. Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Perform product (tooling) changeovers. Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems. Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment. Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
