We are excited about you because you have:
- Associate's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field; and/or a technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or electrical systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in diagnostics and problem-solving.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Experience with reading and interpreting equipment manuals to apply knowledge for repairs.
- Strong experience with electrical systems, including starters, fuses, contacts, and relays.
- Proficiency in maintaining mechanical systems such as gearboxes, chains, sprockets, motors, and bearings.
- Experience with electronic systems including level probes, flow meters, drives/VFDs, and pumps.
- Deep understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards such as lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Proven experience with food manufacturing or packaging equipment.
