Job Details: Maintenance Technician - Pay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00/hour (based on experience) + Paid for Performance incentive
- Schedule: Monday-Friday Start time between 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Location: Rock Hill, SC
Position Responsibilities: Maintenance Technician - Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs, especially control circuits
- Conduct welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance tasks
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics independently
- Execute preventive maintenance programs (daily to annual)
- Maintain 5S standards and comply with safety procedures, including LOTO
Position Requirements: Maintenance Technician - Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and welding/fabrication roles
- Prior work in a manufacturing environment; food industry a plus
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Ability to operate PLC systems and troubleshoot machine issues
- Proficiency in MS Office, CMMS systems, and written communication for pass-downs
