Help Duties You will provide maintenance, repair, installation and operation of exterior structures, buildings, fixture, and utilities. You will apply a variety of painting techniques to a wide variety of surfaces, primarily interior and exterior finishing of large structures, houses, offices, buildings, and stationary and mobile or auxiliary equipment. You will use various types of shop equipment to install service, repair and maintain a various plumbing fixtures and systems. You will repair, remodel and make alterations to a wide variety of surfaces, primarily interior and exterior finishing of large structures, houses, offices, buildings, and stationary and mobile or auxiliary equipment. You will analyze, repair, replace and make minor alterations to locking and security systems. You will coordinate with other crafts and trades to determine responsibilities in the completion of maintenance work projects. Help Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen.
