Willingness to work overtime on weekends/shifts highly desirable. NJ State Driver's License required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Prior experience as licensed HVAC mechanic, electrician, plumber or other construction trade preferred. Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities. Black Seal Boiler Operator License (able to obtain within 6 months after date of hire). Primary function to maintain school plant and general grounds in a condition that allows full educational use of building at all times; while providing students, staff and public with a safe, attractive, clean, and efficient place in which to teach, learn, work, play and interact.
