Reports to: Supervisor FLSA: Non-exempt EEO: 01 Officials and Managers 02 Professionals 03 Technicians 04 Sales Workers 05 Administrative Support Workers 06 Craft Workers 07 Operatives X 08 Laborers and Helpers 09 Service Workers ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Installs, repairs, and maintains a wide range of plant and hospital equipment, machinery, and systems. Drag Edit Delete Assists journeymen and other specialty mechanics in installing, repairing, and maintaining specialized equipment and systems. Drag Edit Delete Operates plant backup systems as required. Drag Edit Delete Specifies and orders parts and supplies as needed to perform job responsibilities. Maintains and stocks appropriate inventories. Drag Edit Delete Performs preventative maintenance as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent Associate's degree (Preferred) Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
