Maintenance Mechanic

ABR is recruiting a Maintenance Mechanic in Fairwater, Wisconsin. This is DIRECT HIRE. The salary for this role depends on experience plus a full benefits package.

$25/Hour - $30/Hour (USD)

Your daily role
You'll invest the majority of your time in:
•   Assists in dismantling, designing layouts, moving, changing, erecting, and/or repairing machinery and equipment.
•   Makes electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs with or without direct supervision
•   Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions in equipment and machinery with or without the aid of blueprints, operation manuals or schematics
•   Interpret and construct equipment from blueprints and construction drawings. Modify drawings to fit plant requirements. Identify components and request replacement parts when needed and keep preventative maintenance records and schedules
•   Effectively perform line change-overs to different label sizes and product sizes
•   Make electrical repairs as needed
•   Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and demonstrate a personal commitment to safety Your profile
•   Minimum of one year of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
•   High School Diploma or Equivalent
•   Demonstrates satisfactory proficiency when using a cutting torch, arc, and gas welding.
