We're looking for 2 skilled Maintenance Mechanics to handle preventative maintenance & repairs on production, facility, and utility equipment.
- Pay: $22-$27/hr (DOE)
- Sign-On & Retention Bonus: Up to $1,250
- Shifts Available:
- Days: Sunday-Thursday (5 AM-2 PM/10 AM-6 PM) & Wednesday-Saturday (5 AM-2 PM/12 AM-6 AM)
- Nights: Sunday-Wednesday (8 PM-6 AM) & Wednesday-Saturday (8 PM-6 AM)
- Training: Monday-Friday (9 AM-5 PM, subject to change)
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & repair mechanical/electrical issues (gearboxes, AC/DC drives, PLCs, motors)
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Assist with rebuilding spare parts & maintaining inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety rules & PPE requirements
- Read & interpret electrical/mechanical prints
Qualifications:
- Experience with Proxy switches, servo/stepper motors, drives, & encoders
- Basic plumbing, electrical & mechanical skills
- Welding experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work holidays, overtime, and non-standard hours
- Strong attendance & ability to handle job-related stress

- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Work Environment: Exposure to moving parts, heat, vibration, and occasional work in high places or near chemicals (safety accommodations provided as needed)
