Description
The Maintenance Manager will report into the site Engineering Manager and will:
- Effectively manage the production maintenance through a team of Team Leaders and multi-skilled engineers
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to increase efficiency
- Work closely with production management to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support and training to the engineering team
Profile
The successful Maintenance Manager will possess a range of the following:
- Minimum HNC qualification
- Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
- Significant experience in a team leader or maintenance management role within the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- The ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software
