Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Spartanburg, SC
Requirements of the Maintenance Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred); or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of maintenance management experience in an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and robotics.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budget.
- Plan and execute capital improvement and equipment upgrade projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and KPIs (e.g., MTTR, MTBF).
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective action for recurring equipment failures.
