Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Optimize workforce utilization to ensure operational efficiency
- Develop and oversee site-level maintenance and facility plans, incorporating corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance machine reliability and performance
Job Qualifications:
Extensive experience and expertise in plastic injection molding machines
Strong understanding of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
